Role Description

The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of a comprehensive range of industrial consumables, tools, and workshop solutions. This role combines hands-on technical understanding with strong commercial acumen to build long-term client relationships and deliver tailored solutions across key sectors (e.g., automotive, construction, engineering).

 

Sales & Business Development

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory;
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of B2B clients;
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets;
  • Develop structured account plans for key clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with workshop managers, procurement teams, and technicians;
  • Conduct regular site visits to understand client workflows and identify upsell opportunities;
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial, automotive, or construction sectors;
  • Strong understanding of tools, consumables, or workshop environments;
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Valid driving license.
